Balinese

Often called the “longhaired Siamese,” the Balinese shares the same striking blue eyes, color-point coat, and elegant, tubular body — but with a silky, single-layer coat that lies flatter than most long-haired breeds. They are vocal, social, and deeply attached to their people, frequently following owners from room to room and “talking” about their day. Highly intelligent and active, Balinese cats enjoy puzzle toys and interactive play, and they don't like being left alone for long stretches. Despite the long coat, shedding is relatively low and grooming needs are modest — a comb once or twice a week is usually enough. They tend to bond closely with one or two favorite people in the household.
