Munchkin

The Munchkin is best known for its short legs, caused by a natural genetic mutation, giving it a low-to-the-ground, almost ferret-like way of moving. Despite the shorter stature, Munchkins are just as fast, playful, and agile as other breeds, often darting around the house and collecting small objects in a favorite hiding spot. They're social, outgoing, and tend to get along well with children and other pets. Munchkins come in both short and long coat varieties and in virtually every color and pattern. They generally require the same grooming as any shorthair or longhair cat, with no special care needed for their legs.
