Turkish Angora

One of the oldest natural cat breeds, the Turkish Angora has a fine, silky single-layer coat, a slender elegant body, and — in many individuals — striking blue, green, or odd-colored eyes. They are intelligent, energetic, and often quite vocal, forming strong bonds with their families and enjoying an active role in daily life. Turkish Angoras are known for their agility, often found perched on the highest surface in the room, and many enjoy playing in water. Despite the long coat, it's relatively low-shedding and easy to maintain with a weekly brushing. They tend to bond closely with one person while remaining friendly and social with the rest of the household.
