Sphynx

Best known for being hairless, the Sphynx actually has a fine layer of downy fuzz that gives the skin a warm, suede-like texture. Far from aloof, Sphynx cats are famously extroverted, affectionate, and attention-seeking, often following their owners around and climbing into laps and under blankets for warmth. They're highly social, playful, and generally get along well with children and other pets. Because they lack a protective coat, Sphynx cats need regular bathing to remove oil buildup on their skin and protection from both cold temperatures and direct sun. Their high energy and people-oriented nature make them one of the most interactive and dog-like cat breeds.
